Burgough provides B2B consultancy services specialising in lead generation, growth strategy, and business development for UK-based SMEs. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Payment & Billing
Fees for our services are clearly outlined in your client proposal or agreement. Payment terms (e.g. upfront, instalments, or recurring) will be agreed upon in writing before any work commences.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds once services have commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation of any ongoing services must be submitted in writing with a minimum notice period of 14 days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, reports, and strategies provided by Burgough remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our work without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We take client confidentiality seriously. Any information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Burgough is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service or engagement if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that, in our view, damages our reputation or operations.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
