Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Burgough, we provide consulting and lead generation services tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the bespoke and time sensitive nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.

Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Completed Work.

Once work has begun or services have been delivered (in part or in full), all fees paid are non-refundable. This includes strategy solutions, outreach campaigns, reports, or any deliverables already actioned.

2. Refunds on Prepaid Packages (Before Commencement)

​

If you’ve prepaid for services and notify us in writing that you wish to cancel before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or setup costs already incurred.

3. Disputes & Service Quality

​

If you're dissatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the concern and may, at our discretion, offer a resolution — including revisions or service credit. We do not issue refunds based on subjective preferences or unmet expectations that fall outside the agreed scope.

4. Third Party Disputes

​

We are not responsible for refunds or policies associated with any third-party platforms used (e.g., Stripe, Wix, Google Workspace). Issues with those services should be directed to the respective provider.

5. Chargebacks

​

Any attempt to reverse payment via a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover costs.
