At Burgough, we provide match voucher services tailored to each client's specific needs. Due to the bespoke and time sensitive nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.
Refund Policy
1. Refunds

Because each match is manually vetted and delivered on a per-request basis, we’re unable to offer refunds once a voucher has been issued.

2. Refunds on Prepaid Packages (Before Commencement)
​
​If you’ve prepaid for services and notify us in writing before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Any refund will be subject to deductions for administrative, onboarding, or setup costs already incurred.

3. Disputes & Service Quality
​
​If you're dissatisfied with a delivered match, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll review the concern and may, at our discretion, offer a resolution, such as revisions or service credit. Refunds will not be issued for subjective preferences or expectations that fall outside the agreed scope.

4. Third Party Disputes
​
We are not responsible for refunds or policies associated with any third-party platforms used (e.g., Stripe, Wix, Google Workspace). Issues with those services should be directed to the respective provider.

5. Chargebacks
​
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be treated as a breach of contract. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover associated costs, including administrative fees and legal expenses.
